This recipe is the perfect example of the 80% vegetables – 20% fruit balance, tasty and refreshing, specially if we combine it with a morning sunbath and deep breaths. Sometimes I add an extra beet for sweetness or a slice of pineapple. Drinking green juices can also help detox due to the chlorophyll!

Now, one hour later sunset is taking the light away, and that’s why during winter I prefer doing my workouts in the morning, afternoon workout feels like I’m training in the middle of the night, I guess as the winter days go by I will get used to the short days.
